In Roots of the Wild, all characters start with, and may equip a variety of weapons. Weapons are used for many things, including role play, combat, special events, and other purposes.

All OCs have a Starter Weapon, but can acquire more through trades, purchasing, forging, or even win them as prizes. Some things to keep in mind;

• Weapons may look different from the official art, if you wish when drawing/ describing them. This customised design must still be the same type of weapon as the official design, and be made of the same materials. For example, A Wooden Ladle may be swapped for any wooden kitchen object like a rolling pin or spatula if you prefer, but a Traveller's Sword cannot be a long handled axe! • Characters can be equipped with either; a ONE HANDED WEAPON and SHIELD, a single TWO HANDED WEAPON, or a BOW

• If a weapon's Materials state #N/A, this means the weapon cannot be forged and must be obtained another way.

• Arrows are infinite and come as a default if you have a bow as a weapon, so default arrows are not craftable for that reason. Specialty arrows are the only craftable arrows.
