If you draw your OC first and then offer it to others to add their OCs kissing yours, you'll get the Token Bonus ONCE. Everyone else who adds their OCs will also get the Token Bonus ONCE per added OC.

You may do this meme with a single partner for the kisses, or multiple, or even leave it open for responses! As before, regardless of how many collab partners, everyone can only claim the meme bonus once.
